This conference, sponsored by the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA), the European Space Agency (ESA) and SCEA, will take place at the beautiful Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, a luxurious 5-star hotel overlooking the North Sea.  Held immediately before the joint Workshops held by SSCAG (Space Systems Cost Analysis Group), SCAF (Society for Cost Analysis and Forecasting) and EACE (European Aerospace Cost Engineering Working Group) on May 15-16, 2008, this will be an event to explore the leading Cost Estimating and Analysis techniques on an international scale.
