The Greater Alabama Chapter of the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) hosted a one day seminar for both members and non-members on the subject of cost estimating for boosters and launch vehicles. Dr. Christian Smart and Mr. Greg Bell taught the seminar. CEU credits were awarded for attending the course which SCEA Certified Cost Analysts can use for recertification points.
